Using Visqueen Polythene DPC Sheet
The Visqueen Polyethylene Damp Proof Course is used to prevent the passage of moisture in brick or block work. Manufactured from the highest quality reprocessed materials, this polythene DPC is suitable for use in wet bedded vertical and horizontal applications throughout two storey domestic construction.
The Visqueen Polyethylene Damp Proof Course is made to the minimum damp proof course standard set by the British Standard, offering you a more cost effective but still trade suitable option.
This DPC is suitable for masonry walls and has a diamond embossed surface to offer better mortar adhesion.

Delivery Information:
Easter Deliveries
Our office and warehouse are closed from Friday 3rd April through to Monday 6th April.
Orders placed before 4pm on Thursday 2nd April are expected to be delivered Tuesday 7th April.
Orders placed online after this time up until 4pm on Monday 6th April are expected to be delivered Wednesday 8th April.
Free Next Day Delivery on orders over £50 to Office, Home or Site.
Orders placed before 4:00pm will be dispatched same day on a next working day service.
Kindly note that our working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4:00pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday using a next working day service, with an expected delivery on Tuesday.

Please note some areas and bespoke products such as plasterboard may incure additional delivery charges. If this is the case we will call or e-mail you to discuss.
Plasterboard & Ceiling Grids/Tile Deliveries
Orders to Andover, Winchester, Basingstoke and Reading can be ordered directly online with a delivery charge of £50.00 (ex. VAT) and £60.00 (incl. VAT). Orders to other areas in the United Kingdom can be ordered via e-mail / phone enquiry. Delivery charges will be based on product weight, dimensions and postcode location. Delivery will be quoted on a case by case basis.
Items not required
Should you require to return any item, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of receipt of the item for a full refund.

Return Handling Fee
A handling charge of £10.00 (ex. VAT) per parcel will apply to returns.
For larger orders sent via pallet or dedicated/special courier a handling charge of 20% of the paid value of the returned goods will apply to returns.
A refund for returned items will be processed within 14 days of collection.
All items must be in their original packaging (where applicable) and unused.
Incorrect, Missing, Faulty or Damaged Items
Should we supply any incorrect or damaged items, or you discover an item is missing from delivery please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on 0333 005 7088 or email [email protected].
For incorrect or damaged items, we will then arrange to pick up the item and either send you out a replacement or process and refund within 48 hours.
