2nd Fix Nails
Second fix nail guns are designed for use on the more refined jobs, perfect for finishing off tasks such as securing skirting boards and door frames. The nails used in second fix nail guns tend to be smaller and more discreet than 1st fix nails.

Basics of Second Fix Nails
Second fix nails can come in either straight or angled varieties, depending on the task at hand. Straight second fix nails are available in a wider range of sizes and tend to have a very slight T shaped head. Angled second fix nails are available in fewer sizes and are used to getting into those hard-to-reach places that straight nails struggle with. They also tend to have a D shaped head.
