Non-combustible multi-function product for discharging water from external walls. For use in any situation where water must be discharged from an external wall, e.g:
- In external masonry walls
- Suitable for high rise buildings above 18 metres as Regulation 7 (2) &Building Regulation approved document B
- Suitable for high rise buildings above 11 metres as Building (Scotland) technical handbook 2019: domestic and non-domestic
- At ground floor slab level
- Within cavity tray systems
- Over external lintels
- High pressure diecast in A1 non-combustible metal protected by an electroplated coating.
- Classified as A1, non-combustible, no contribution to fire without the need for testing according to European Commission paper 96/603/EC and BS EN 13501-1:2018
- Integral 4mm vermin barrier and rainwater baffle as recommended to reduce ingress of large nest building insects, mammals and rainwater penetration to the cavity
- External ribs & tapered profile, to key into mortar for secured fixing
- Full height upstand to cavity side, to maintain drainage and minimise the impact on blockage from cavity cement build up
- Discrete water outlet, to minimise the impact and reduce visibility for a truly concealed wall weep
- Venturi effect outlet tube to reduce pressure, allowing for optimal water drainage

Free Next Day Delivery on orders over £50 to Office, Home or Site.
Orders placed before 4:00pm will be dispatched same day on a next working day service.
Kindly note that our working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4:00pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday using a next working day service, with an expected delivery on Tuesday.

Returns Information:
Items not required
Should you require to return any item, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of receipt of the item for a full refund.
To begin the process of returning any item please email [email protected].
Return Handling Fee
A handling charge of £10.00 (ex. VAT) per parcel will apply to returns.
For larger orders sent via dedicated/special courier a handling charge of 20% of the paid value of the returned goods will apply to returns.
A refund for returned items will be processed within 14 days of collection.
All items must be in their original packaging (where applicable) and unused.
Incorrect, Missing, Faulty or Damaged Items
Should we supply any incorrect or damaged items, or you discover an item is missing from delivery please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on 0333 005 7088 or email [email protected].
For incorrect or damaged items, we will then arrange to pick up the item and either send you out a replacement or process and refund within 48 hours.
