TimberLok screws by Fastenmaster are a fantastic and cost-effective substitute for coach bolts. They are quick and easy to install, with strong holding power to pull even the most warped wood together securely. The countersunk hexagonal head guarantees a positive drive and a flush finish against the wood. TimberLok screws can also be easily removed and reused as required.

What Drill Bit Do You Need for TimberLok Screws?
Each pack of TimberLok screws comes with a Free 8mm Hex Head Drive Tool. These screws do not need pre-drilling, making installation quick and easy.
It’s recommended to use a high torque, ½” variable speed drill (18V if cordless) to install these TimberLok screws.
Do You Need to Pre-Drill TimberLok Screws?
TimberLok heavy-duty wood screws are designed not to require pre-drilling. With a sharp point and aggressive thread, alongside heat-treated steel for extra strength, these screws slot themselves in nicely, right down to the countersunk head.
How Much Weight Can TimberLok Screws Hold?
TimberLok heavy-duty wood screws promise stronger shear values than 3⁄8″ lag screws. The exact shear strength of each screw depends on various factors such as screw size and wood density – consult with a structural engineer or architect if you require a specific strength.
TimberLok’s heavy-duty wood screws have been approved for structural use across all construction applications. Their three-step coating process also means the screws are guaranteed not to rust or streak for the life of the project (although they’re not recommended for saltwater applications).

Delivery Information:
Free Next Day Delivery on orders over £50 to Office, Home or Site.
Orders placed before 4:00pm will be dispatched same day on a next working day service.
Kindly note that our working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4:00pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday using a next working day service, with an expected delivery on Tuesday.

Plasterboard Deliveries
Orders to Andover, Winchester, Basingstoke and Reading can be ordered directly online with a delivery charge of £50.00 (ex. VAT) and £60.00 (incl. VAT). Orders to other areas in the United Kingdom can be ordered via e-mail / phone enquiry. Delivery charges will be based on product weight, dimensions and postcode location. Delivery will be quoted on a case by case basis.
Items not required
Should you require to return any item, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of receipt of the item for a full refund.

Return Handling Fee
A handling charge of £10.00 (ex. VAT) per parcel will apply to returns.
For larger orders sent via pallet or dedicated/special courier a handling charge of 20% of the paid value of the returned goods will apply to returns.
A refund for returned items will be processed within 14 days of collection.
All items must be in their original packaging (where applicable) and unused.
Incorrect, Missing, Faulty or Damaged Items
Should we supply any incorrect or damaged items, or you discover an item is missing from delivery please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on 0333 005 7088 or email [email protected].
For incorrect or damaged items, we will then arrange to pick up the item and either send you out a replacement or process and refund within 48 hours.
