Delivery Information

Designed with a countersunk (CSK) head, this screw sits neatly flush with the material surface, perfect for visible applications where a smooth finish is essential. The Pozi (PZ) drive ensures excellent bit engagement, reducing slippage and cam out while improving driving efficiency.

The Bright Zinc Plated (BZP) coating provides effective corrosion resistance, making these screws suitable for interior use and light duty external applications. Thanks to the advanced R2 thread technology, including a sharp point and reduced friction coating, these screws cut quickly into timber and minimise splitting often removing the need for pre-drilling in softwoods.

Free Next Day Delivery on orders over £50 to Office, Home or Site.

Orders placed before 4:00pm will be dispatched same day on a next working day service.

Kindly note that our working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4:00pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday using a next working day service, with an expected delivery on Tuesday.

Plasterboard & Ceiling Grids/Tile Deliveries

Orders to Andover, Winchester, Basingstoke and Reading can be ordered directly online with a delivery charge of £50.00 (ex. VAT) and £60.00 (incl. VAT). Orders to other areas in the United Kingdom can be ordered via e-mail / phone enquiry. Delivery charges will be based on product weight, dimensions and postcode location. Delivery will be quoted on a case by case basis.

Items not required

Should you require to return any item, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of receipt of the item for a full refund.

To begin the process of returning any item please email [email protected].

Return Handling Fee

A handling charge of £10.00 (ex. VAT) per parcel will apply to returns.

For larger orders sent via pallet or dedicated/special courier a handling charge of 20% of the paid value of the returned goods will apply to returns.

A refund for returned items will be processed within 14 days of collection.

All items must be in their original packaging (where applicable) and unused.

Incorrect, Missing, Faulty or Damaged Items

Should we supply any incorrect or damaged items, or you discover an item is missing from delivery please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on 0333 005 7088 or email [email protected].

For incorrect or damaged items, we will then arrange to pick up the item and either send you out a replacement or process and refund within 48 hours.
