Soudal Silirub LMN Neutral Silicone 300ml Clear is a high-performance, low-modulus neutral cure silicone sealant designed for durable and flexible sealing in glazing, façade and general construction applications. Manufactured by Soudal, it offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of building materials.
Formulated as a neutral cure silicone, Silirub LMN is compatible with sensitive substrates such as metals, coated surfaces, glass, plastics and many construction materials without causing corrosion or discolouration. Its low modulus properties allow for high movement accommodation, making it ideal for expansion joints and dynamic sealing applications.
The clear finish provides a discreet, professional seal suitable for visible joints in glazing and architectural work. Commonly used in windows, curtain walls, façade joints and general weatherproofing, it delivers long-lasting flexibility, UV resistance and reliable outdoor performance in demanding conditions.

Delivery Information:
Free Next Day Delivery on orders over £50 to Office, Home or Site.
Orders placed before 4:00pm will be dispatched same day on a next working day service.
Kindly note that our working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4:00pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday using a next working day service, with an expected delivery on Tuesday.

Plasterboard & Ceiling Grids/Tile Deliveries
Orders to Andover, Winchester, Basingstoke and Reading can be ordered directly online with a delivery charge of £50.00 (ex. VAT) and £60.00 (incl. VAT). Orders to other areas in the United Kingdom can be ordered via e-mail / phone enquiry. Delivery charges will be based on product weight, dimensions and postcode location. Delivery will be quoted on a case by case basis.
Items not required
Should you require to return any item, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of receipt of the item for a full refund.

Return Handling Fee
A handling charge of £10.00 (ex. VAT) per parcel will apply to returns.
For larger orders sent via pallet or dedicated/special courier a handling charge of 20% of the paid value of the returned goods will apply to returns.
A refund for returned items will be processed within 14 days of collection.
All items must be in their original packaging (where applicable) and unused.
Incorrect, Missing, Faulty or Damaged Items
Should we supply any incorrect or damaged items, or you discover an item is missing from delivery please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on 0333 005 7088 or email [email protected].
For incorrect or damaged items, we will then arrange to pick up the item and either send you out a replacement or process and refund within 48 hours.
