The Stainless Steel Paslode IM65 Straight Brads 16g 38mm 2000PK + 2 Fuel Cells is a premium fastening solution designed for use with compatible Paslode IM65 gas nailers. Our office and warehouse are closed on Monday 25th May for the bank holiday. Please see below our delivery cut off and expected delivery dates:

Order before 4pm on Thursday 21st May for expected delivery on Friday 22nd May.

Order before 4pm on Friday 22nd May for expected delivery on Tuesday 26th May.

Orders placed after 4pm on Friday and before 4pm on Monday 25th May will be scheduled for delivery on Wednesday 27th May.

*Orders are delivered via a third party courier and delays out of our control may occur. All dates above are expected delivery dates based on when we dispatch the product from our warehouse. Thank you for your understanding.

Free Next Day Delivery on orders over £50 to Office, Home or Site.

Orders placed before 4:00pm will be dispatched same day on a next working day service.

Kindly note that our working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4:00pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday using a next working day service, with an expected delivery on Tuesday.

Plasterboard & Ceiling Grids/Tile Deliveries

Orders to Andover, Winchester, Basingstoke and Reading can be ordered directly online with a delivery charge of £50.00 (ex. VAT) and £60.00 (incl. VAT). Orders to other areas in the United Kingdom can be ordered via e-mail / phone enquiry. Delivery charges will be based on product weight, dimensions and postcode location. Delivery will be quoted on a case by case basis.

Items not required

Should you require to return any item, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of receipt of the item for a full refund.

Return Handling Fee

A handling charge of £10.00 (ex. VAT) per parcel will apply to returns.

For larger orders sent via pallet or dedicated/special courier a handling charge of 20% of the paid value of the returned goods will apply to returns.

A refund for returned items will be processed within 14 days of collection.

All items must be in their original packaging (where applicable) and unused.

Incorrect, Missing, Faulty or Damaged Items

Should we supply any incorrect or damaged items, or you discover an item is missing from delivery please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on 0333 005 7088 or email [email protected].

For incorrect or damaged items, we will then arrange to pick up the item and either send you out a replacement or process and refund within 48 hours.
